Justin Bieber – Sorry | Kandukondain Kandukondain (Vidya Vox Mashup Cover)

Justin Bieber carved a big influence on Vidya Iyer, the current sensation on YouTube where her videos showing mashup of American and Indian hit songs have made a cult following of their own. This video features the wonder girl singing Justin Bieber – Sorry cover song interspersed with a Tamil song Kandukondain Kandukondain originally sung by A.R. Rahman. The fusion of the two songs has been done very craftily such that the video does not appear incompatible even a wee bit but is rather exactly the opposite.

The MushUp of Justin Bieber Sorry and Kandukondain Kandukondain is one of the best album of Vidya Vox where it’s a Mashup of Justin Bieber Sorry from his album Purpose, and A.R.Rahman’s “Kandukondain Kandukondain” from the movie.

The signature Vidya Vox Mashup Kandukondain Kandukondain depicts the video in its YouTube page address. Just like the other popular mashup videos of Vidya Iyer, this one too has been produced, arranged and recorded by Shankar Tucker, the American clarinettist and composer.

Vidya Iyer’s foray into music was preceded by her training in Bharatnatyam and Carnatic music. She was influenced by quite a few artists like Justin Bieber, Shakira, Beyonce from the western world, and A.R. Rahman and Shreya Ghoshal from India.
